Ordering Information

How to Order:

To place your order, add the desired items to your shopping cart and select the applicable color options and length. Be sure to check the quantities and add RUSH delivery if needed. Complete your order by entering your information including your payment information on our SECURE server. Your personal information is not sold or used for any other purpose than to charge you for your order.

Rush Delivery Charge:

You can rush your order for an additional flat $25 charge with no limit to the number of items you order. Please contact us if you are placing a rush order to verify availability and shipment date.

Custom Order Policy:

If you don't find exactly what you are looking for with the options available on our website, we would love to custom design any piece of jewelry for you. Please contact us directly and speak with our designer. Custom orders are nonrefundable and a $25 customization fee will apply to the entire order.

Payment Information:

We accept Visa & Mastercard, checks or money orders.
If you are paying by credit card, you can enter your card information on our secure server during checkout. You may also call us at 800-334-1860 to give your payment information.

If you decide to pay this way, please note that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and checks are cleared.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All items are handcrafted and generally take 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. We ship via USPS priority mail and a confirmation email along with a tracking number will be sent to you when the package has shipped. Standard shipping cost to any US State starts at $7.50. International shipping is a flat $25.00. Rush delivery, which may include USPS Express Mail is a flat $25.00 charge.

Return Policy:

All items, except earrings, may be returned for any reason for a refund (less a 25% restocking fee*), shipping charges and rush delivery charges. Please follow the return policy to receive a full refund:

Earrings are nonrefundable: Due to sanitary reasons, earrings are not refundable. If you have a problem with an earring order, we will exchange or remake the earrings for you using the same earring back.

Restocking Fee*:

Because every order is handcrafted and customized to your specifications, this fee covers a small amount of the materials lost when an item is returned .

Jewelry Care

New! We now box each item/set in an anti-tarnish zip lock bag which will help preserve the beauty of the jewelry.

Sterling silver:

Sterling silver jewelry may be cleaned with a polishing cloth or dipped in sterling silver tarnish remover.

Pearls:

Freshwater pearls can be cleaned with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oil. Never dip pearls in tarnish remover because it will strip the pearls of their luster.

Swarovski Crystals and Swarovski Pearls:

Swarovski crystals and pearls may be cleaned with warm soapy water or a warm water and ammonia solution. Both will aid in removing dirt and oil and restore the shine. It is also safe to dip them in the tarnish remover if they are combined with sterling silver components.

Storing:

To minimize tarnishing of your silver jewelry, always store in a plastic bag. Exposure to air causes tarnishing.

**Put your jewelry on after you have applied hair spray and perfumes to help it maintain it's natural beauty.
